Smoothie Bowl – Blueberries

Ingredients

  •  Frozen Banana (1/2 cup)
  •  Açai (1/2 packet )
  •  Water/Plant Milk (100ml)
  •  Baobab Powder (1 tsp)
  •  Watermelon Chunks( 1/2 cup)
  •  Blueberries (1/2 cup)
  •  Almonds (1 palm full)
  •  Desiccated Coconut (1 tsp)
  •  Goji Berries (1 palm full)
  •  Mixed Seeds
  •  BERRY CHIA SPREAD
  • Coconut Yogurt (150g)
  •  Blue Superblend Powder (1tsp)

Method

Step 1
Put into blender frozen banana , açai, and water/plant milk. Blend until mixture starts to form and become purple.

Pour the slowly mixture once all completely blended into your Organic Worldwide Coconut Bowl 🥥.

Step 2
Place the mixture in the fridge for 10 minutes to firm up

Step 3
Remove from the fridge and, taking a heaped tablespoon at a time, roll into balls in the palm of your hand and roll each ball in the desiccated coconut.

Step 4
These will keep refrigerated in an airtight container for up to a week.
